An atlas of EU Member States’ national regulations on matrimonial and registered partnerships property and successions regimes is available.
A fiche is provided for each Member State, to inform about the in force property regimes of married couples and registered partnerships, pointing out the main features.
The atlas is aimed to become an usful tool for legal professionals, as well as an effective support for each citizen.
