Dissemination of the outputs through the project website which includes:

Atlas of EU Member States national regulations on matrimonial and registered partnerships property and successions regimes. A fiche is provided for each Member State, to inform about the in force property regimes of married couples and registered partnerships.

Taxonomy of different forms of families, in particular transnational couples, as well as description of the impact of new EU rules, which may be accessed by clicking on the below pictures.

Case studies and best practices analysis to enhance EU family and succession law. Working paper. In these case studies, careful consideration is given to concrete matters of both matrimonial property regimes and the property consequences of registered partnerships, as well as to cross-border succession.
